I gave Barry and Felgains the 5 stars because, I have been in a Wheelchair for 42 years and normally when buying some piece of Disability equipment the person selling the piece to me is trying to tell me what it is like to be in a wheelchair but Barry just pointed out how the chair would work in our situation which I very much appreciated. Their level of communication during the purchase of my new chair, has been second to none! I have yet to receive my chair but again a 48hr delivery period is pretty good, as far as I am concerned. Give them a go. Talk to them, you might be pleasantly surprised. Recommended to you. Addition: well my chair arrived, well within 24hours. It had a couple of extras missing but after a quick phone call the engineer turned up the following day and the items were dealt with. Great engineer.
