Do you deliver?
No, you will need to collect and return your hire item to Felgains at 33 Knightsdale Road, Ipswich, IP1 4JJ.
Do you require a security deposit?
We don’t require a security deposit. However, repair or replacement costs will be charged according to our Terms & Conditions, which are available on request.
Do you have a minimum rental period?
Yes, we charge for a minimum of a 1 week rental period.
Can I hire mobility aids long term?
Our maximum rental period is 3 months. If you’re looking to hire for a longer period, please contact us with your requirements and we’ll confirm what we can offer.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your hire period subject to availability. Just let us know within 24 hours before your current hire period ends and we’ll arrange a hire extension.
Can I purchase the mobility equipment I’m hiring?
Yes! If you’d like to keep the mobility aid you’re renting, give us a call and we’ll confirm a purchase price – typically we can credit any hire payments already made.
