The Splash Wheelchair Poncho simply slips over your head to keep you dry while protecting you from the wind. There are slots at the rear of the poncho for the push handles to go through, along with convenient pop-fastened ties at the bottom to prevent the poncho blowing up.
Made from a lightweight waterproof fabric.
