What training is required to use the Raizer Lifting Chair?
Some of the most common questions we get from prospective buyers and users of the Raizer lifting chair are about training; what training is required, what training do we provide, and what does training cost?
The purpose of writing this article is to answer all questions regarding Raizer training, aiming to give you all the information you require here on our website.
What training is required to use the Raizer lifting chair?
The Raizer chair is known to be very simple and easy to use; it’s impossible to assemble incorrectly and requires minimal input from the responder. Most private individuals that purchase the Raizer will be able to use it straight away, using the included quick-guide and our online training video.
That being said, we recommend that all professional users of a Raizer lifting chair should undergo some form of training, whether that be face-to-face or virtual training.
Training is a particularly important factor for organisations such as NHS ICBs that are doing large roll-outs of Raizer lifting chairs to the likes of care homes and dom care services, as the implementation and training has a big impact on the success of such projects.
