• Delivery Information

  The Ashore Simpley Riser Recliner Chair is available on an Express 7-day delivery service throughout England, UK. Please just note that if you’re in the South West, delivery will be within 14 days.

  Here’s exactly what will happen once you place your order:

  First, you’ll receive a call to confirm all delivery details including location and access requirements.

  On the morning of delivery, you’ll get another call to let you know whether your delivery will take place either before or after 12pm. If needed, you can request another call to let you know when our delivery team are an hour away from you.

  On delivery, our team will bring your new recliner chair into your home and position it where required. They’ll unwrap it and fit any accessories, before connecting it to the power source. They’ll then demonstrate the functions of the chair and run through basic safety requirements to ensure you’re confident with using it.
