Silvalea Deluxe Leg (in-situ) Sling (choice of material)
The Silvalea Deluxe Leg Sling has been designed to provide full body support when transferring an end user. It is a variation of the Silvalea Straight Leg, but offers superior support of the hips and thighs.
- Support level: Medium (supportive of the head, trunk, hips and thighs). Optional chest support, hip tapes and waist support is available.
- Positioning: Slightly reclined
- Use: General transfer – support for extended periods of time
- Characteristics of resident: Limited control of legs, trunk and head
- Available in 3 different fabrics – Superfine Plus, Superfine with Coolmax or Superfine Coolmax double layer
- Attachment: Loop
- SWL: 220 kg / 34 stone – Superfine Plus and Superfine Coolmax double layer
- SWL: 64 kg / 10 stone – Superfine with Coolmax
* Superfine Plus is a high-performance fabric offering superior comfort, and is suitable for bathing. Parasilk is a smooth, slippery fabric suitable for manoeuvring material inside tight, moulded seats.
